I have been baking and decorating cakes for over 50 years!
Although a primary school teacher by profession, I’ve always loved baking and family and friends have enjoyed eating my cakes. After a busy day at school, I found baking a wonderful way to relax in the evenings.
Once retired, friends started asking me to make birthday cakes and Christmas cakes and I took cake decorating classes to learn new skills.
